BREAD BAKE tour according to the traditions of our ancestors.
In Läči, things happen a little differently, more thoroughly.
If the people here do something, it's the way they did hundreds of years ago - really and truly. With heart, soul, mind and own hands.
Bread in Lāči is baked in a real, wood-fired oven. The firewood is arranged so that the side of each loaf of bread is warmed, the crust is caressed and the middle is caught. The master with a hawk's eye is sitting nearby and waiting - when the mouth of the oven will be just as hot as it needs to be.
When it is baked, when it will be fragrant and delicious enough to bring to your table.
The recipe by which to bake , has been searched for near and far.
The master who bakes bread is seen with a particularly big heart and productive hands.
Everything is natural and real. From the bottom of my heart.
There really are happy people living here. Whoever eats them becomes happy.
Because their feelings, love and care can no longer be hidden.
