Non-Directive Coaching Basics Course - In-depth understanding and practical skills in professional work

We invite team leaders, customer service specialists, HR staff, supervisors, mediators and internal training managers participate in the Non-Directive Coaching Basics course, which will provide a deeper understanding of coaching approaches and their application in your professional practice. This course is suitable for anyone who wants to improve their skills in working with clients and teams using effective coaching techniques.

Course format and course:
- Face-to-face group: The meeting will take place on November 6 and December 4, Wednesdays, from 9:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., Riga, Alberta street 13.
- Online group: Remote classes will be held on Thursday evenings - November 7, 14, 21 and 28, from 18:00 to 21:15.

Main topics of the program:
- Basics of coaching: Definitions, historical aspects, directive and non-directive approach.
- Coaching principles and ethics: Conditions of application and ethical issues.
- Practical skills: Active listening, asking open questions, the role of emotional intelligence.
- Goal setting: Methods of creating a vision and formulating goals.
- Coaching models: GROW, systems and strategic methods.
- Time management and planning: Retrospective planning technologies.
- Use of aids: Sticky notes, metaphor cards and visualizations.

Additional information:
- The number of participants is limited to 12 people in the group to ensure an individual approach and sufficient practice time.
- At the end of the course, a certificate will be issued for the 24 academic hours, of which 16 hours will be in person and 8 hours - homework.
