Queen has moved to her father to the small and boring Kettsprings, but they do not know that the city has been divided into two camps since the closing of the Baypen factory. There are adults on one side who desperately want to restore the greatness of Ketlsprings. On the other side, young people who want to have fun and get away from Ketlsprings. It looks like this fight will ruin the city. By the Baypen mascot, Frendo, a scary clown begins to kill and tries to destroy the ruined young people who now live there.
