700 boxes of previously unpublished interviews, personal letters, photographs, audio recordings and diaries provide an unprecedentedly candid and objective portrait of a great director, obscured by a dark past.

Rejoicing in the sinister pathos, scope and ceremonialism of the Nazi meetings, she created an exciting anthem that has become legendary - "Triumph of the Will" (1935).
