We recommend a distant future from the age of 16. When all the resources are exhausted on the ground, the nuclear crisis and radiation are destroyed, life - if it can be called - strangely continues. Andrew, a long -distance galaxy from Western Ukraine, works in the largest nuclear waste in Eastern Europe. This is a typical day on his monotonous four -year route to Jupiter's companion Kallisto: he has a gym, a kitchen, a lounge and an Android Maxim on board, whose humor he is still trying to customize his own. Soon Andrew sees the apocalyptic flame on Earth: he is aware that he is probably one of the few survivors from the planet, which was once his home. Andrew's ship drifts in the deep darkness of the universe, and he hears a woman's voice at the communication station. As the devastating Russian Federation war in Ukraine continues, Ukrainian director Ostrikov does not turn away from humanity. The film was completed during the full -scale invasion and impresses with technical polish and intimacy. The romantic drama is beaten by science fantastic, ecocritic and space spinner and is voting on with Johns' "she" (2013), where this time the main character, the sad clown, is fascinated by a voice that speaks French. Having arrived a series of prestigious festivals - Toronto, Sitjes, Austin's Fantastic Fest and elsewhere - and has won several spectators' awards, the Ukrainian 21st century "Loneliness Cosmic Odyssey" is a sweet debut of a touch and a smile on Ostrikov. It reminds us of our desire to feel alive, full of people, and simultaneously mirrors the weather: isolation, watching on a comprehensive tragedy from afar, and stating in the stomach that we never want to be alone in the hardest moments.
