The "Enigma" project was created in the 80s of the last century thanks to the German producer Michael Cretu, and it won the hearts of millions of listeners with its unique and unrepeatable sound. This style of music synthesis combines Gregorian chants, ethnic psalms, church bells, organ and other instruments, creating a special, atmospheric and sometimes even psychedelic sound. The phenomenal volume of sold records and the mysterious faces of the artists made "Enigma" one of the most popular and enigmatic musical projects of the last decades.

The success of "Enigma" has inspired many artists and producers, including the project "Gregorian ”, whose repertoire includes modern pop and rock songs in the style of Gregorian chant. However, despite this remarkable achievement, "Enigma" has never gone on a concert tour or participated in live shows - it has always been a studio project that initially did not plan to perform on stage at all.

In 2018, the company DC Music created the Original Enigma Voices project, registered the brand under its own ownership, and began producing shows with the original singers who appeared on Enigma's studio recordings and contributed greatly to the success of the project. Angel X's voice from the megahit "Return to Innocence" is especially memorable.

Between 2018 and 2024, these concerts were supplemented with a live band and a string orchestra. However, in 2024, the owner of the project, DC Music, decided to change many elements. As Jens Gad, former co-producer of Enigma, explains, “we went back to the essence of Enigma's music - its mystical and atmospheric nature, realizing that previous live show interpretations did not fully capture the soul of these compositions. By shedding excess and returning to our roots, we begin a new chapter.”
