Quartet has played in the world's best concert halls - such as New York Carnegie Hall, Tokyo Suntory Hall, London Royal Albert Hall, Berlin Philharmonic, Sydney Opera and Vienna Musikverein. Corifiers such as Bobby Macferin, B.B. Kings, Pako de Lucia. Angelika Kirhshlager, Felisitia Lota and even… Konchita Wurst.
In the Quartet, Janoska Ensemble plays three brothers - Ondrey, France and Romans, as well as their cousin Julius. They were all born in Bratislava, currently living in Vienna and has been engaged in music since childhood because they have grown up in the family of musicians. Ondrey and Romans have chosen the violin, Frantishk - the piano and Julius - the double bass (they have had very good teachers: Boris Kushnir, Pavel Vernikov, Peter Cherman and Alois Poš). All four are outstanding soloists, but playing in the ensemble, their joint talent quadrupled.
They are united by both related links and, above all, the vision of the target. Being virtuoso and improvisation masters, they are able to expand the boundaries of their diverse repertoire from popular classics to their own compositions and invent unique arrangements in various genres, including jazz, tango and pop music. Their style is so peculiar that they have already been called "Janosk's style".
