About Tautumeitas:
Tautumeitas debut album Tautumeitas was awarded the Latvian music recording award Zelta mikrofons in the category folk/world music album of the year 2018. Continuing its winning streak, the albums Dziesmas no Aulejas (2020) and Runway (2022) won the title of "Folk/World Music Album".

2022. In February of 2018, their song "Tur, kur Dieva kanamas sīl", which was made in cooperation with the group Prāta Vētra, won the Latvian Radio 2 Musical Bank competition, winning the title of the most valuable song of the year 2021. In addition, the group has received the Boņuks award for Latgalian culture of the year four times.
