Special guests will also take part in this concert - Armand's long-time stage partner Lorija Vuda, as well as accordionist Rolands Zelčs from the ensemble "Hägenskalns muzikanti". «The concert will feature songs that have had a special place in my life: patriotic, romantic and funny songs, and of course songs about Latvia. There will be duets with Lori. Also, at the concert, there will be an opportunity to ask me questions, and maybe I will share short anecdotes about some songs, as well as about my years in Piecīšos," says Armands Birkens and adds: "I am currently in a particularly emotional phase of my life, besides, I am planning one very important concert next summer, after which I will probably stop my concert activities. Therefore, the remaining concerts - including this autumn's in Riga - will be especially sweet and bittersweet for me. I'm also happy to sing with Laurie again, it's always a pleasure! I sincerely thank everyone who will come to my concert, because being with the audience is very important to me, and I really appreciate this opportunity!"
