The play is a true story about several generations of one family, which experienced one of the most terrible crimes of the totalitarian regime - the deportation from the then Soviet Latvia to Siberia in 1941 and 1949. The stories of those subjected to deportations are so similar - the actors change, but the time, place, lawlessness of deportation are the same. In the cold expanses of Siberia, those who carried human love and faith in the miracle of return managed to survive.
